Introduction:
Sucralose Sweetener is a zero-calorie sugar substitute artificial sweetener. In the European Union, it is also known under the E number (additive code) E955. Sucralose powder is approximately 600 times as sweet as sucrose. Unlike aspartame, it is stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions and can be used in baking or in products that require a longer shelf life.

Sucralose is a white to off white crystalline granular. It is freely soluble in water, methanol, and alcohol. It functions as a nonnutritive sweetener/flavor enhancer. Sucralose has a clean, sweet taste that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar. This material is Kosher, Pareve and Halal Certified.
